This stakeholder kit has been created for community health organisations, health promoters and partners of Healthy Places. Use our copy and assets to post to social media or feature a newsletter article or copy in your own communications to celebrate this refresh.
Target audience
The target audiences for Healthy Places are Victorian school and early childhood service communities, including leaders, decision makers, educators and staff.
Key messages
Healthy Places:
Makes it easier for schools and services to support health, wellbeing and learning
Provides access to an effective framework, action guides and tailored support
Builds on existing strengths, i.e. what schools and services are already doing
Creates lasting positive health and wellbeing benefits
Provides schools and services with access to a health promoter to lighten the load
Offers recognition to schools and services for their commitment to health and wellbeing
Registration unlocks exclusive free access for Victorian schools and early childhood services
Naming conventions
Official name: Healthy Places Healthy Futures
For accessibility, please avoid acronyms such as HPHF or HP.
In communications:
Use Healthy Places Healthy Futures in the first mention
Subsequent mentions can be shortened to Healthy Places for readability and ease of use.
Supporting the transition
Where helpful, you can introduce the initiative as Healthy Places Healthy Futures, previously the Achievement Program. This may be useful when communication with existing Achievement Program members.
