Eligibility
Healthy Places members who have completed a health and wellbeing priority since 2013 are eligible to receive an outdoor metal sign
Window decals are available to all Healthy Places members who request them
Display your sign on a fence or place decals in reception to celebrate.
How to get recognition materials

Complete the recognition materials request form
Submit your request
We'd love to see your sign on display!
Once your Healthy Places sign has been installed, please share your recognition with the wider Healthy Places community.
Send us a photo of your sign installed at your school or early childhood service and it may be featured on our social media channels, on our website or in member communications.
Tips for sending photos
Photos of the sign only
• A media consent form is not required if your photo only shows your Healthy Places sign (not people)
Photos that include people
If people appear in your photo (i.e. students or staff) all individuals pictured must complete Cancer Council Victoria's media consent form.
If children or young people appear in the image, a parent or guardian must complete the consent form on their behalf.
